Dragonfly Crush 2
A free match-3 puzzle game in your browser. Loading the garden…
Dragonfly Crush 2 is a free match-3 puzzle game that runs in any web browser — 100 levels across two worlds, with no download, no account, no ads that interrupt, and no tracking. Swipe to swap dragonflies, match 3 or more, forge special tiles, and save the garden. It is playable right now at this page.
What it is
A swap-and-match puzzle in the classic style of Candy Crush and Bejeweled, minus everything the genre usually charges for: there are no lives, no timers, no energy system, no in-app purchases and no account. Each level hands you a Battery — a fixed number of swaps — and an objective: reach a score, collect a color, guide lotus blooms to the bottom row, or break the garden's hazards.
The board is 8×8, the dragonflies come in 6 colors, and the game's difficulty was tuned against roughly 7,000 simulated playthroughs so that every one of the 100 levels is beatable — the finale included.
How to play
- Open this page. The map appears in seconds — no install, no sign-up.
- Tap a level node. Each level states its objective and Battery before you start.
- Swipe a dragonfly toward a neighbor to swap. Lines of 3+ of one color clear; only swaps that make a match spend Battery.
- Bigger shapes forge specials; swapping two specials combines them.
- Meet the objective before the Battery empties. Leftover Battery detonates as a bonus cascade.
The six special dragonflies
Match 4 in a line for a Line Blast (clears a row or column); 4 in a square for a Seeker Drone (hunts hazards); 5 in a T or L for a Spirit Bomb (3×3 blast); 5 in a line for a Prism Star (collects a whole color); 6 or more for a Supernova (5×5 blast that launches its own Seeker Drone). The sixth power is combination: swap any two specials together for a stronger fused effect.
Two worlds, 100 levels
The Garden (levels 1–50) teaches the core game and introduces amber-frozen tiles, lily pads and lotus blooms. The Crystal Caverns (levels 51–100) change the physics: crystal armor takes two adjacent matches to shatter, and voids punch holes in the board that every cascade must flow around.
The garden is also alive: colors, lighting and firefly density follow your real local time of day across 4 phases, rain falls over one stretch of levels and wind sweeps another, and 3 unlockable Spirit Guardians plus 3 tactical boosters round out the toolkit.
Free forever, and private

Frequently asked questions
Is Dragonfly Crush 2 really free?
Yes. The whole game — all 100 levels, both worlds, every booster and guardian — is free, with no in-app purchases, no paywall, no energy system and no account. The only promotions anywhere are optional links to the studio's own apparel shop, and they never interrupt play.
Do I need to download or install anything?
No. Dragonfly Crush 2 runs entirely in a web browser on any phone, tablet or computer. Opening the page is the whole installation. On a phone you can optionally add it to your home screen to play fullscreen.
Does Dragonfly Crush 2 track me or collect my data?
No. There is no tracking, no analytics, no advertising network and no account. Progress is saved only in your own browser, and the settings screen gives you an export code so you can move your save to another device yourself.
What kind of game is Dragonfly Crush 2?
It is a match-3 puzzle game in the classic swap-and-match style of Candy Crush and Bejeweled: swipe to swap adjacent dragonflies on an 8x8 board and line up 3 or more of the same color. It differs from most of the genre by having no lives, no timers, no energy system and no purchases.
How do the special dragonflies work?
Bigger match shapes forge six specials: 4 in a line makes a Line Blast that clears a row or column; 4 in a square makes a Seeker Drone that hunts hazards; 5 in a T or L makes a Spirit Bomb with a 3x3 blast; 5 in a line makes a Prism Star that collects a whole color; and 6 or more makes a Supernova — a 5x5 blast that launches its own Seeker Drone. Swapping two specials combines them.
How many levels and worlds are there?
100 levels across two worlds. The Garden (levels 1-50) introduces amber, lily pads and lotus blooms; the Crystal Caverns (levels 51-100) add two-hit crystal armor and voids — holes in the board that dragonflies cascade around.
How is my progress saved?
Automatically, in your own browser, after every level. Nothing is sent anywhere. The settings screen also shows an export save code you can paste into another browser or device to carry your progress with you.
Is there a time limit, lives or an energy system?
No. Each level gives a Battery — a set number of swaps — and that is the only limit. There are no lives to lose, no timers, no daily caps and nothing to wait for or buy. Failing a level costs nothing but the retry.
Can I play it on my phone?
Yes. It is built mobile-first for touch and verified across phone, tablet and desktop screen sizes, in portrait and landscape. Any modern browser works — Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox.
Who made Dragonfly Crush 2?
Design Delight Studio, a Boston studio that makes organic, eco-certified apparel and free browser games. Dragonfly Crush 2 is its second free browser game, after the N64-style action platformer VOLTHAVEN 64.
Bottom line: Dragonfly Crush 2 is a complete, hand-tuned match-3 with 100 verified-winnable levels that you can play free, right now, in this tab — and it will never charge you, interrupt you, or watch you.
